Alana has been taking art lessons this past year. She has always had an aptitude for art as well as a love for it, so we decided to try to develop that. Last Thursday, her teacher had an art show displaying all her students' work. Alana was SO proud to have won a ribbon for one of her pieces. She kept telling us over and over it was her first ribbon ever! We were just a little proud too:)
This was Peter's favorite part of the event. The art show was hosted by a small assisted-living facility and they had a very friendly bird. Peter was captivated and has been saying "bird" ever since.
